About Chuck Simpson
Dedication to client satisfaction, committed to always doing the right thing and hard work best describes what guides Chuck in his work and personal life. Chuck is a Christian, married to an amazing woman and has four children, two step children and nine grandchildren. Prior to his real estate career, which began in 2008, he spent 33 years in the automotive financial services arena with Ford Motor Credit and Citigroup. His corporate and executive level experience prepared him well for his current role in real estate, particularly as it relates to providing a high level of customer service and strong negotiation skills. He enjoys doing anything outdoors, and stays active in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, hiking and tending to his own small farm in southwestern Williamson County.
Although he considers himself a “full spectrum” real estate consultant, his real love is listing and selling homes on acreage, farms, horse properties and land. He considers himself an expert in these types of properties, because he’s had extensive experience working with and advising multiple buyers and sellers of these types of properties. Chuck welcomes the opportunity to assist in any type of real estate transaction, so obviously he doesn’t limit himself to just these types of properties. If you want to see what his past clients have said about their experiences with Chuck, take a few minutes and go to his website, TNCountryLiving.com, and check out “Client Reviews”; you’ll be impressed with what you read, and you’ll feel much more comfortable reaching out to Chuck to get started with a rewarding and successful working relationship!
Chuck acquired his TN real estate Affiliate Broker’s license in 2008 and obtained his TN Broker’s license in 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors, and, is accredited by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Chuck is a “FULL-TIME” real estate agent and broker.
